MALE

Introducing MR. ROPER!!! Have you ever seen a bigger smile??? šŸ™‚ ROPER is a neutered adult male Blue Heeler (purebred) also known as the Australian Cattle Dog. ROPER has many of the traits of the breed….he is highly intelligent and independent as well as very energetic. We think ROPER needs to go to a home where there are no small children and where he can ride shotgun on the range with his dad. He is good with other dogs…is friendly and playful with adults…and has a good temperament.

If you are interested in giving this boy his HOME on the RANGE, call our adoption specialist at 254-559-2106 or fill out an application online. If you can’t adopt, please share ROPER with others and give him your prayers for a safe and loving FUREVER HOME!!!

    • It was good talking with you tonight. I am so sorry about you loosing your dog. I will look for your pictures and would be thrilled if our Roper is your dog.
I will ask at the Shelter tomorrow about the condition of Ropers teeth and if they can tell if his tail has been more recently bobbed vs when he was a puppy. Perhaps that will tell you more until we can compare the pictures that you send.
